The Renesans

The restaurant’s specialities are pork sirloin in cream served with boiled potatoes and blanched vegetables and equally delicious  cream of spinach with Parmesan.

Another delicious dish is pork roasted with mushrooms and BBQ sauce called "Schab a'la Renesans,"  which is a delight to the palate.

The restaurant menu includes such other delicious dishes as:

•    Żurek (soup made from fermented rye flour)
•    Salmon tartare
•    Kopytka (dumplings made from mashed potatoes, eggs, and flour) with spinach in a sauce made from soft cow’s cheese
•    Penne with pieces of salmon
•    Traditional pierogi (dumplings) and dumplings stuffed with game
•    Roztoczański trout

To finish off the meal you can order a hot apple tart with almond sauce and a scoop of ice cream.
