Zamojskie Dni Muzyki (Days of Music in Zamość)

The 30-year-old event is an autumn feast for lovers of classical music.

For over 30 years now Renaissance backyards and historical buildings have resounded with classical music and songs every year. The event includes violin and piano recitals, chamber music and choir concerts as well as singers’ performances. They have been dedicated to Mieczysław Karłowicz, Czesław Niemen and Fryderyk Chopin, to name just a few. The performers are outstanding world musicians but young artists from schools of music in Zamość and Tomaszów Lubelski have also taken part in the event    organised under the patronage of Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
