This evening is as unusual as Zamość itself.
On one December evening, when there is a smell of approaching Christmas in the air and darkness falls slowly upon the town, Zamość residents want to be together. On the initiative of Zamość restaurant owners, bakers and pastry cooks encouraged by Małgorzata Czerniak, owner of Corner Pub, residents meet in the Rynek. Restaurant owners prepare Christmas Eve dishes, people sings carols and exchange Christmas greeting with each other. On that evening Zamość becomes one big family.
