The monument stands on the right side of Partyzantów Street, about 200 m from the New Lwowska Gate. It was erected in 2007. A 4-m high group of rocks joined with concrete is topped with a sculpture of an eagle. There are dates of the most important battles fought in Zamość Region by the partisans of the Peasant Battalions
