Entrances to the yard are situated at 28 Żeromskiego Street, 16 Kolegiacka Street and an arcade of the Rynek, at 29 and 31 Staszica Street. In fact, the yard consists of six smaller yards, as shown by the dividing walls. The smaller yards belonged to the Szczebrzeska and Turobińska Tenement Houses, built by the residents of the towns of Szczebrzeszyn and Turobin, who rented them out. Most probably, merchants from different parts of Poland, southern Europe and Asia stored their goods and kept their horses in these yards.
